Within this periodic time of working in there, I was promoted from Personel and procurement officer to Accountant and Admin Officer at Octorber 2007 until nowday.

Responsibility
a. Account Work:
*Monthly controlling of the accounting program updating and backup data.
*      Daily entry transaction to be general journal.
*      Analysis of document and classifying by department and specification costing.
*      Separating document of posting by class and by voucher.
*      Finished good posting control of:
Ä      Posting Receive.
Ä      Posting Sale to customer
Ä      Adjusting the product.
*      Issue payment to customers and staff’s advance.
*      Issue invoice to customers
*      Collecting money from customer
*      Transfer money for supplier abroad
*      Money Deposit to the Bank
*      Reconcile Bank and book Balance
*      Monthly closing account by system.
*      Checking Financial Report to general manager and sent to senir account in Thailand.
